How do I get the date and time back?
Phone is non-functional/"dead"
Make sure that the cord is a 4 conductor cord. Make sure that the
cord
coming from the wall/jack is plugged into the phone in the jack
labeled "To Main Unit".
Phone is hissing
Background Music may be turned on, Press Intercom then dial *7510 to
turn it off.
The Display no longer shows Time and Date
The display toggles between 3 displays: Date and Time, Extension
number and name, and System Mode.
Press “INFO” until the desired display is achieved.
The Phone used to ring, but suddenly stopped
On some non-display phones, there is a switch on the side of the
phone, move it off then back on to ring.
On most display phones, make sure that the display does not show "RNGOFF".
The volume can be modified when the phone is idle using the volume
dial, switch or pressing up or down on the navigator button.

Message Waiting light is on, but I have no new messages
Press intercom then the “Message” button, and pick up the phone that
rings. If this does not work, press INTERCOM, then dial *790.

When the phone is idle, is the FWD/DND button flashing or lit solid?
Is the voicemail working correctly? Call the office of
